Be Heard Be Held Be Known

There are times in life when we need a place

to slow down

to be heard

and to make sense of what matters most.

I’m Grace and I offer a calm, grounded space where you can come, just as you are, and be met with openness, compassion and care.

You may be living with pain or illness, navigating grief or loss, approaching the end of life, or sensing that something within you is asking for attention.

I believe that when we are met with deep listening and genuine care, something can begin to shift. Not because there is anything to fix, but because, by becoming more aware of what is happening within us and hearing the wisdom that is already there, we can navigate change and find our way back home - to the fullness of ourselves and our life.

Whatever has brought you here, you are welcome.

The Principles That Guide My Work

I believe that …

… when we are met with deep listening and genuine care, something begins to shift and we reconnect with the wisdom that is already within us.

… there is nothing wrong with us and nothing to fix, only something waiting to be heard.

… the body carries stories as well as symptoms.

… we are not meant to navigate life’s challenges and transitions alone.

When we give ourselves the time to slow down, to be heard, to be held and be truly witnessed we give ourselves the opportunity to reconnect with what is most true within us.

How we might work together …

End of Life Guidance and Support

We often avoid talking about death because we fear it. Yet opening the conversation can bring unexpected relief and help us meet the prospect of dying, and life itself, with greater openness, choice and peace of mind.

Whether it’s you or someone you love who is approaching the end of life - or if you’re wanting to explore what mortality means to you - I offer a compassionate space for honest conversations, thoughtful planning and tending to what matters most.

One-to-One Embodied Self Enquiry

There is nothing to fix - only something waiting to be heard.

Whether you are navigating change, feeling stuck, or simply wishing to understand yourself more deeply, this is a space for compassionate enquiry. This is not about fixing something that is broken. It is an invitation to deepen your awareness, and listen with curiosity to what is already here. From that place, new understanding and your own way forward can begin to emerge.

Support for People Living with Cancer

Living with cancer can affect far more than the body. Whether you are newly diagnosed, in treatment, adjusting to life beyond cancer, or living with advanced illness, I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can be met as a whole person.

Through bodywork, guided self-enquiry and deep listening, we make space for whatever is present.

Groups, Retreats and Workshops

Sometimes we need a little more time and space to step away from the busyness of everyday life, to slow down and listen deeply to ourselves.

I offer retreats and workshops that create space for reflection and connection - with ourself and others - in a gentle and meaningful way. Through different themes and a range of contemplative, creative and embodied practices, we explore how to support ourselves with greater awareness and wellbeing. I also offer groups such as a fortnightly Inner Space Meditation and Liminal Space, a monthly discussion group exploring the issues of death, dying, loss and grief.

Somatic Therapy - Massage

At its heart, what I offer is massage - skilled, attentive, intuitive bodywork that recognises the body as more than a collection of physical symptoms.

This work meets you wherever you are, whether you come with a specific physical concern or a quiet longing to inhabit yourself more fully. Both are equally welcome here.

Ceremonies

There are moments in life that deserve to be honoured and witnessed. I craft deeply personal and meaningful ceremonies and rituals for life's significant thresholds - for times of celebration, change, loss and transition.

Each ceremony is created in partnership with you to reflect your values, your story and what matters most.

If something you’ve read here resonates with you or you would like to explore whether we might work together, we can begin with a conversation, without any expectation or obligation.
