Sometimes what we need most is someone

who can walk alongside us

with kindness, steadiness and compassion.

Hello, I’m Grace

I believe that when we are held in a space of deep listening and genuine care, something shifts - we begin to find our way back to ourselves, and can live with greater awareness and intention.

This is at the heart of everything I offer.

My work takes me to some of life's most tender edges - accompanying people through illness, loss, and the approach of death, as well as the quieter but no less significant moments when something within us is asking to be heard. In all of it, I bring the same quality of presence: open, compassionate and attentive.

What guides me is the belief that there is wisdom within us, and that given the time, space and right kind of attention, we can begin to hear it. My role is not about fixing, advising or telling you who you are or what to do. Rather, I offer a space in which you can slow down, listen more deeply and discover the truth of what is already present.

I believe it is a kind of homecoming: a gentle return to the place within us that has always been there, waiting to be recognised.

My path to this work has been shaped by more than thirty years of working closely with people in their most vulnerable moments - first as a nurse specialising in cancer care, then as a bodywork therapist and somatic practitioner. For fifteen of those years I worked at Penny Brohn Cancer Care, one of the UK's leading integrative cancer support centres, where I was privileged to accompany many people through illness, fear, and the approach of death.

But my path has not only been shaped by what I have witnessed in others. My own struggles - with ill health, burnout and the ordinary and extraordinary challenges of being human - have been among my most demanding and illuminating teachers. All of it has given me a deep respect for the human spirit: for our capacity to change, to grieve, to grow, to accept, and to find our way back to the truth of who we are, with all our magnificence and all our flaws.

My professional life and my spiritual practice have always been closely intertwined - I can't imagine one without the other. Together they have taught me to trust the wisdom of the body, the insight of the mind, and the quiet transformation that becomes possible when we slow down enough to listen.

Over the years, I've come to hold a simple but deep conviction that the sacred isn't somewhere far away or difficult to reach. It is woven through the moments of ordinary life - in times of stillness, in honest conversation, in grief and joy, and in the courage it takes to meet ourselves as we are.

This is what I bring to every encounter: a calm, compassionate presence, deep listening, and a willingness to gently explore what may be held beneath the surface.

Our Work Together …

Each person arrives with their own story, questions and way of making sense of the world. Some come because of physical pain, grief, anxiety or illness; others because they sense that something in their life is asking for their attention. Whatever brings you here, we begin by making the space to listen - to your body, your experience and what matters most to you.

My role is not to direct or fix. It is to accompany you with compassion, curiosity and honesty, trusting that together we find ways in which new understanding and meaningful change can emerge.
