Learning, Reflection and Community

While much of my work is one-to-one, I also offer a range of groups, workshops and community gatherings. These provide opportunities to learn, reflect, connect with others and explore how we can live with greater awareness, compassion and intention.

Inner Space Meditation

Inner Space offers an opportunity, each fortnight, to pause and become more present - to ourselves, our bodies, our thoughts and the way we meet life. Through meditation, mindfulness and a range of contemplative practices, we can cultivate greater awareness, compassion and kindness towards ourselves and our experience.

Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, you are warmly welcome. There is no particular way to be, no experience required and nothing to achieve - simply a space to pause, practise and explore together.

Liminal Space

Liminal Space is a monthly discussion group exploring the emotional, spiritual, and practical territory around dying, death, loss and grief. It's an open, informal space for honest conversation - not a therapy or support group, but a place to bring your thoughts and questions, to listen to other perspectives, and to sit with something that touches us all - in the company of others, rather than alone.

Workshops and Retreats

From time to time I offer workshops and retreats exploring themes that invite us to slow down, listen deeply and discover new ways of understanding and caring for ourselves.

From Rest, Reflect & Reset to Nourishing the Nervous System, these are spaces to step out of the usual rhythm and busyness of life to make time for yourself and explore - through reflection, conversation and embodied practice - what might support greater awareness, connection and wellbeing.

I also offer adapted versions of this work and therapy for organisations, bringing these ideas into the workplace through The Nervous System at Work.
