Workshops and Retreats
From time to time I offer workshops and retreats exploring themes that invite us to slow down, listen deeply and discover fresh ways of understanding and caring for ourselves.
From Rest, Reflect & Reset to Nourishing the Nervous System, these are spaces to step out of the usual rhythm and busyness of life to make time for yourself and explore - through reflection, conversation, contemplative exercises and embodied practice - what might support greater awareness, connection and wellbeing.
I also offer adapted versions of this work for organisations, bringing these ideas into the workplace through The Nervous System at Work.

Upcoming Events
The Nervous System at Work
On Friday 25 September, 12–1pm, I’m co-hosting a free one-hour online session exploring the physiology behind stress and the ways our nervous system can shape how we think, communicate and lead.
Together, we’ll explore a practical, Polyvagal-informed framework for understanding our automatic responses to stress and challenge, and discover simple tools that can help us recognise what is happening in the moment, regulate our responses and create greater choice in how we respond.
No prior knowledge is needed — just an openness to explore.

Our next gathering is on Tuesday September 29th at 6pm
If you feel drawn to come along - whether meditation is completely new to you or already part of your life - you’d be very welcome. Find out more here, or get in touch and I’ll send you further details
“Grace is a skilfull, graceful facilitator who provided a safe and brave container for our discussions. Her authentic presence in body language, tone of voice & pacing made me feel very held & safe.”
“Grace has a gently confident, calm and embodied presence that generates a space of trust and depth. The day was rich, vibrant and deep as a result.”
“Something I particularly appreciated was the way Grace repeatedly normalised uncertainty. She spoke about trusting the unknown and allowing understanding to emerge rather than needing to resolve it.”
